Available in various sizes, crushed rock is most popular in 5/8" or 3/4" sizes. 5/8" crushed rock is what’s commonly used on most driveways. 1 ¼" crushed rock is applicable for driveways catering to bigger vehicles such as tractors or semi-trucks.
Mainly used for bedding pipe in trenches, pea gravel is a popular choice among concrete contractors because it’s completely compatible. Other uses include landscaping, drainage, and playgrounds.
Our options include screened or washed sand. Either sand type is ideal for sandboxes and play areas. Horse owners apply sand in arenas and paddocks, too.
These are used to build up sites for grading and backfilling foundations. The most popular and cost-effective use of fill sand is under concrete. Pit-run gravel is used in driveway installations. The top course is usually 5/8" crushed rock.
